交流输电线路复合化外绝缘爬距有效利用系数研究

摘要(Abstract):

应用复合绝缘子、RTV涂料等复合化绝缘是输电线路防污闪的重要手段。爬距有效利用系数是外绝缘配置关键参数。结合复合化绝缘表面积污特性、考虑盐灰密影响的污闪电压特性,对复合绝缘子、涂覆RTV的标准型绝缘子进行了爬距有效利用系数计算,结果表明,复合绝缘子、涂覆RTV的标准型绝缘子在d级及以上污区爬距有效利用系数分别大于1.4和1.7,爬电比距取2.8 cm/kV具有足够裕度。
Composite insulation materials such as composite insulators and RTV(room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) coating are key preventive measures for pollution flashover on transmission lines. An effective utilization coefficient for creepage distance is critical to external insulation configuration. In accordance to the characteristic of contamination on composite insulation and in consideration of flashover voltage characteristic under the impact of salt density and ash density, the effective coefficient utilization coefficients for creepage distances of composite insulators and RTV-coated standard insulators are calculated. The result shows that the effective utilization coefficients of composite insulator and RTV-coated standard insulator are larger than 1.4and 1.7 respectively in areas with the pollution grade of d and above, and the creepage distance of 2.8 cm/kV is sufficient.
