摘要(Abstract)：

为较好地开展地县供电企业群众性科技创新工作,结合地县供电企业群众性科技创新项目管理的实践经验,介绍了群众性科技创新项目的特点,提出了群众性科技创新项目培育和全过程管控的方法,并应用于国网湖州供电公司群众性科技创新工作,取得了一定的成效。
In order to better implement mass technological innovation in county-level power supply enterprises, the paper, in accordance with practical experience in management of mass technological innovation projects, introduces characteristics and cultivation of mass technical innovation projects as well as the whole process control, which are used in mass technological innovation of Huzhou Power Supply Company of SGCC and turns out to be effective to some extent.
