Flexibility Retrofit of Heat and Power Decoupling of a 300 MW Thermal Power Unit

摘要(Abstract):

通过对某300 MW级热电厂的热电解耦灵活性改造技术进行研究,确定采用新建一座以水为介质的夜间蓄热常压蓄热罐,新增尖峰加热系统,从再热段或者主蒸汽处抽汽的技术方案。实际运行证明,该方案可以满足外网在供热期对机组的最大供热负荷需求。经过经济性分析可知,热电解耦时,1号机组夜间6 h深度调峰至95 MW、负荷率达到31.67%,2号机组带基本热负荷。在1个采暖季,该热电厂新增运行成本498万元,发电侧新增成本约102万元,按照最低调峰补贴977万元计算,不计列其他费用时一个供暖期营收377万元,可见该方案具有良好的经济效益。
By flexibility retrofit study of heat and power decoupling of a 300 MW thermal power unit,the paper proposes to build a constant-pressure night heat storage tank with water its medium and equip a peak heating system to extract steam from the reheat section or the main stream. The practical operation shows that the scheme can meet the maximum heating load demand of the external network during the heating period. Economic analysis shows that Unit2 had a basic heat load,and Unit 1 had a deep peak regulation up to 95 MW in 6 hours at night,with a load rate of31.67%. The additional operating cost in one heating season increased by 4.98 million yuan,and the additional cost on the generation side increased by 1.02 million yuan. According to the minimum peak regulation subsidy of 9.77 million yuan,the revenue in a heating period,excluding other expenses,was 3.77 million yuan. Thus,the retrofit scheme can bring proved considerable economic benefits.
