某超超临界汽轮机1号轴承轴振异常原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某发电厂上汽超超临界N1000-26.25/600/600(TC4F)型汽轮机轴系和1号轴承结构,分析了1号轴承轴振异常故障高发的原因。提出了全新的综合检修方案,有效提高1号轴承的承载力和自位能力,减小高压缸气流激振力,使1号轴承轴振合成值幅度从检修前的90~120μm降至45~55μm,并基本保持稳定,且对负荷变化、主蒸汽温度变化不再敏感,振动水平达到了优秀标准。
Shafting and #1 bearing structure of a N1000-26.25/600/600(TC4F) ultra-supercritical steam turbine of a power plant made in Shanghai Turbine Plant are introduced in this paper. The causes of the frequent shaft vibration of #1 bearing are analyzed. A new comprehensive overhaul scheme is proposed, which could enhance bearing capacity and self-aligning ability effectively and in the meantime reduce steam current vibra tion force of the high pressure cylinder. After this overhaul, the shaft vibration amplitude of #1 bearing greatly decreases from 90 ~120 μm before the overhaul to 45 ~55 μm and basically keeps steady; besides, it is no longer sensitive to change of load and main steam temperature, and the vibration gets up to an excellent standard.
