陆上风电工程造价和运行成本的分析与探讨

摘要(Abstract):

通过对已投产陆上风电场的工程造价水平以及运营期的成本费用等历史数据进行统计,研究得出装机规模、地形条件等因素对工程造价水平的影响,分析了材料费、维修费等成本费用的变化趋势。研究认为,项目单位在开发建设陆上风电工程时应关注以下几方面:一是关注规模化、基地化开发;二是重视项目征地问题;三是深化经营要素对标;四是提升场站智能化水平。
Based on the historical data of the project cost level of the onshore wind farm and the cost in the operation period, this paper concludes the influence of the installed scale, the topographic condition and other factors on the engineering cost level, and analyzes the changing trend of material cost, maintenance cost and so on. The research indicates that the project unit should pay attention to the following aspects in onshore wind power construction: the large-scale and base development, acquisition of land for the project, management element benchmarking and intelligence level improvement in plants and stations.
