摘要(Abstract):
200 MW机组三缸三排汽式汽轮机由于其特殊的设计方式,在早期供热改造后供热能力较差,能耗指标较高。对此,首先通过供热升级改造,将汽轮机的通流方式由三排汽改为两排汽,提高机组的供热可调节能力。在此基础上,为进一步降低机组的发电煤耗,进行高背压供热改造,改造后机组的控制能力较差,则利用发电厂内其他机组进行调峰,以最大限度发挥改造机组的经济性优势。
Due to its special design mode, a 200 MW triple-cylinder triple-exhaust steam turbine is low in heat supply capacity and its energy consumption index is high after retrofit long before. Therefore, throughflow of the unit is transformed from three exhausts into two ones to improve its adjustable heat supply capacity. On the basis, the use of high back pressure heat supply transformation is implemented to further reduce coal consumption of generating units. After transformation, control capacity of the unit is poor, and other units in the plant are used for peak shaving to exert economic advantage of the transformed unit to the great extent.
