风电机组惯性能量支撑过程量化分析

摘要(Abstract):

随着风电在电网中渗透率的提高,出于系统稳定的目的,风电机组需要在频率扰动时实现近似同步机的惯量响应,因此需要对风电机组惯量响应的控制参数及其影响进行研究。从风电机组的能量平衡关系出发,结合机组自身的动力学特性参数,根据风电机组在风电场进行频率扰动测试的实测结果提取关键特征,在一定的预设前提下对风电机组的惯性能量支撑过程进行量化分析,并与实测数据进行对比,验证了所提出计算方法的可行性。最后,就风电机组在惯性能量支撑过程中的临界条件和动态判断依据进行了推导。
With the increase of penetration ratio of wind power in the power grid, it is required for wind turbine to provide the same inertial response as a synchronous machine for system stability. It is necessary to do some research on the relationship between control parameters and the dynamic performance of the wind turbine during the inertial response. Based on energy balance relationship of wind turbines and in combination with the dynamic characteristic parameter of wind turbine, inertia energy support process of wind turbine is analyzed quantitatively and compared with the measured data under premises in line with key characteristics from the measured result from frequency disturbance test in wind farm to verify the feasibility of the calculation method. Finally, the paper deduces critical conditions and dynamic judgement basis in inertia energy support process of wind turbines.
