摘要(Abstract):
通过对影响脱硝烟温各因素的分析和研究,结合机组实际运行情况,对机组启动过程中的运行方式进行优化,提出了相应的提高烟温的措施,提高了脱硝系统在机组低负荷及启停阶段的运行安全性和机组启动阶段脱硝系统的投运率,保证了锅炉NO_X排放的合格率。
Through analysis and research on influencing factors of gas temperature of SCR inlet and in combination with practical situation of the units, the operating mode during unit startup is optimized. The paper presents measures for improving gas temperature, by which the safety of denitration system in low-load operation, startup, shutdown and availability of the system during startup are improved to ensure the qualification rate of NO_X emission of boilers.
