300MW机组锅炉末级再热器的改造Transformation on Final Reheater of 300 MW Units

摘要(Abstract):
对300 MW机组进行了汽轮机通流部分改造后,锅炉也相应进行了扩容改造。经过核算,锅炉扩容改造后受热面强度在允许范围内,末级再热器出口段壁温超过原设计材料允许温度。分析了末级再热器改造前后参数的变化,探讨了改造的范围、供货及安装注意事项等问题,末级再热器改造投运后出现再热器出口温度低于设计值、当机组减负荷时再热蒸汽温度下降过快的现象,影响了机组安全经济运行,对此进行了分析并提出了改进措施。
After transformation on flow passage of steam turbine of 300 MW units,the capacity of the boiler is accordingly expanded.It is calculated that the heat surface strength after capacity expansion is within the permitted range,while the wall temperature at outlet section of final reheater exceeds the designed permitted temperature of the material.The paper analyzes parameter change before and after the transformation of final reheater,and discusses transformation range,supply and matters that need attention during installation.After transformation and operation of final reheater,the outlet temperature is smaller than the design value.When the unit load decreases,the temperature of reheat steam decreases excessively rapid,affecting safe and economical operation of units,on which the paper analyzes and proposes improvement.
