采用改进TOPSIS法的中压配电网规划优化

摘要(Abstract):

随着对配电网建设改造投资力度的加大,合理安排配电网规划项目建设时序,提高投入产出效益成为供电企业亟待解决的问题。传统的配电网项目优选主要依靠人工经验,注重经济性,其他方面考虑不足。对此,综合考虑经济效益和技术效益,建立了分类分阶段项目优选决策方法。基于提出的项目效益评估指标体系,采用改进的TOPSIS(理想解近似偏好排序技术)法评估项目对电网的预期改善效果,并考虑项目关联关系和资金约束,得到最终优选结果。以某城市配电网的实际和规划数据为例,验证了项目优选模型的合理性和可行性。
With the increase of investment on the distribution network construction and reconstruction, it is such an urgency for power supply enterprises to arrange the time sequence of distribution network planning project and improve input and output efficiency. The optimization of traditional distribution network projects mainly relies on human experience, focusing on economy while considering other aspects less. Based on the comprehensive consideration of economic and technological benefits, a classification and phased project optimization method is established in this paper. Based on the proposed project benefit evaluation index system,the improved TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the expected effect of the project on the power grid, and the project relationships and funding constraints are also taken into account. The rationality and feasibility of the project optimization model are verified by taking the actual and planning data of a city distribution network as an example.
