火电厂DCS开关量输入阈值分析及抗干扰方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

为保证火电厂稳定运行,减少因信号干扰引发的DI(开关量输入)状态误跳,对火电厂现役DCS(分散控制系统)的DI阈值合理性问题进行了研究。通过实地测量16款现役DCS的DI阈值及噪声容限,指出部分DCS存在因自身DI通道噪声容限过小而导致抗干扰性差的缺陷,同时给出噪声容限的合理取值范围建议。针对这一缺陷,提出一种基于模拟加数字滤波的系统增强抗扰方法,所提方法在DI信号包含强交流干扰电压时仍能保持通道状态稳定。最后根据实测结果,指出DCS投入前应对其DI通道噪声容限进行实地测量,并参照合理取值范围适时引入抗扰方法。
To ensure stable operation of thermal power plants and reduce false transitions caused by signal interference in digital input(DI) channels, this paper investigates the rationality of DI thresholds in distributed control systems(DCS) currently in service. Through field measurements of DI thresholds and noise margins in 16 operational DCS units, it is identified that some systems exhibit poor interference resistance performance due to insufficient noise margins in their DI channels. A recommended range for noise margins is proposed accordingly. To address this issue, an enhanced interference resistance method, using analog and digital filtering, for the system is proposed.The method maintains channel stability even when DI signals are subjected to strong AC interference voltages. Finally, based on field test data, it is recommended that noise margin measurements should be conducted for DI channels prior to DCS commissioning, and interference resistance methods should be appropriately implemented according to the established tolerance ranges.
