燃煤锅炉中氟元素迁移规律研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用标准测量方法对某发电集团3台燃煤锅炉的入炉煤样、飞灰、底渣、脱硫浆液、石膏、净烟气中的氟元素含量进行测试,并根据氟元素迁移过程中的质量平衡关系,得到各环节中氟元素的富集比例和迁移规律,并得出结论:通过炉内燃烧和尾部烟气净化,燃煤机组的总脱氟效率可达到98.9%,大部分氟元素以固态形式富集在石膏产物中。
The fluorine concentration in coal, fly ash, coal cinder, slurry, gypsum and flue gas was measured at three different coal-fired boilers in a power generation group in China by use of the standard measurement method. According to the mass balance in the process of fluorine transfer, the enrichment proportion and transfer rules of fluorine were figured out. It was concluded that the defluorination efficiency can be up to 98.9% for coal-fired boilers, and most of the fluorine element solidly gathered into the gypsum products.
