330MW发电机线棒松动模态测试分析Model Measurement and Analysis of End Winding Loosening in 330 MW Generator Stator

摘要(Abstract):
某厂1台330MW发电机定子发生了线棒松动掉落的事故。对这台发电机线棒松动处理前后的端部绕组进行了模态测试,对测试数据进行了比较分析,认为主要原因是产生了共振,并提出了相应的建议。同时介绍了发电机模态测试的原理、方法以及评价标准,可供同类机组参考。
Principle of hammering test, test methods as well as the standards of evaluation for the model measurement of one 330 MW large generator stator are here introduced. This paper introduces a relaxed damage of a Large Generator Stator, measurement and analysis of the mode of the end winding, good suggests on preventive measures of resonant vibration are given.
