钒钛系SCR催化剂性能参数分析

摘要(Abstract):

钒钛系催化剂在运行过程中容易因多种因素影响,导致其活性降低,从而对烟气的脱硝效率及NH3的逃逸量等参数产生负面影响,因此应把脱硝催化剂的性能检测与评价作为系统定期维护与管理的一项常规工作。通过对催化剂的性能检测及评价所需的若干参数及其评价方法进行论述及分析,为钒钛系催化剂的性能检测及评价工作提供了参考。
The V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst may be affected by many factors in the operation so that its activity can be easily decreased.That will lead to negative effect on flue gas denitration efficiency,NH3 slip amount and other parameters.Therefore,the performance test and evaluation of the catalyst should become a routine task of regular maintenance and management of the system.Some parameters required for the performance test and evaluation and the evaluation methods are discussed and analyzed and it can serve as a reference for performance test and evaluation of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst.
