背压式汽动引风机出力不足问题的研究Research on Output Deficiency of Back Pressure Steam-driven Draft Fans

摘要(Abstract):
某1 000 MW机组进行了背压式汽动引风机的技术改造。介绍了该机组单台汽动引风机最大出力试验,分析了机组正常投运以来汽动引风机出力不足的现状,并提出了降低背压机排汽压力、烟道阻力和运行氧量及优化汽动引风机效率等解决途径,可有效改善引风机出力不足现象,同时提出了降低排汽温度的引风机节能优化运行方式。
Back pressure steam-driven draft fans of 1 000 MW units are transformed.This paper introduces maximum output test of a steam-driven draft fan,and it analyzes output deficiency of steam-driven draft fan since normal operation of units and proposes solutions to decrease exhaust pressure,duct resistance,working oxygen content and optimize efficiency of draft fans,which can effectively amend output deficiency of draft fans.The paper also proposes an optimized operating mode of draft fans by lowing temperature of exhaust temperature.
