高垢量直流锅炉的化学清洗

摘要(Abstract):

某发电厂2号机组在168h连续运行期间出现锅炉多根炉管爆管现象,最后查明系垂直水冷壁内大量陈旧氧化铁脱落导致水冷壁管弯头堵塞进而引起锅炉爆管,锅炉结垢量高达1093g/m2。分析原因后,采用国内首创的催化柠檬酸低温清洗工艺成功去除了系统内残留的氧化铁。机组再次启动后,锅炉运行安全稳定。
Many water wall tubes of Unit 2 boiler exploded in a power plant during the 168 h operation.It is found that a large amount of old ferric oxide falls off vertical water wall and that causes blockage in water wall tube bend which leads to boiler tube explosion.And the amount of scale in boiler is as high as 1 093 g/m2.After the reason is found,residual iron oxide in the system is successfully removed using a pioneering lowtemperature catalytic citric acid.The unit starts again and is in safe and stable operation.
