摘要(Abstract)：

针对某发电厂输电线路发生瞬时性接地故障导致2台机组停机的事故,分析了零功率保护动作的原因,指出了零功率保护逻辑判据上存在的缺陷,提出了新的更为完善的零功率保护判据。
Aiming at shutdown of two units caused by instantaneous earth fault of transmission line in a power plant, this paper analyzes the reasons of zero power protection action; it presents the defects in the logic criteria of zero power protection and puts forward a new and perfect criteria for zero power protection.
