主变在线监测装置缺陷导致轻瓦斯报警事件的分析Analysis of a light gas alarm triggered by a fault of an online monitoring device of the main transformer

摘要(Abstract):
油色谱在线监测装置是大型充油设备早期异常预警的有效手段,目前在110 kV及以上变压器上得到了广泛应用。通过对一起500 kV变压器轻瓦斯告警事件中变压器本体及油色谱装置进行原理分析、试验排查和模拟复现等,锁定缺陷原因为油色谱在线监测装置因程序错误,在油循环过程中产生气泡,长期运行过程中不断向变压器本体注入空气,当油中气体饱和后溢出至气体继电器,最终导致轻瓦斯告警。对该类缺陷原因进行深入分析,给出了相应运维建议:油色谱在线监测厂家要增加逻辑闭锁,确保不发生异常产气;运维单位应加强入网检测、装置校验并定期开展主变压器油中含气量测试,防止由于油中含气量一直上升,最终引发变压器轻瓦斯告警。
Online oil chromatography monitoring devices can be used for early warning of abnormalities in large oilfilled equipment. Therefore, they are now widely used in 110 kV and above transformers. Through principle analysis, test investigation, and simulation reproduction of the transformer body and the oil chromatography monitoring device in a light gas alarm of a 500 kV transformer, the reason of the defect is cleared up: the online oil chromatography monitoring device generates bubbles in the process of oil circulation due to a program error. The air is continuously injected into the transformer body during long-term operation and overflows to the gas relay when the oil is saturated, eventually leading to a light gas alarm. The causes of such defects are thoroughly analyzed, and corresponding suggestions on operation and maintenance are offered: the manufacturer of the online oil chromatography monitoring device should design a logic blocking to ensure that no abnormal gas generates; the operation and maintenance department should step up admittance testing, device calibration and regularly test the content of the air in the oil.
