600MW级火电机组超低排放改造后的运行成效分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某发电厂1号机组超低排放改造情况,并对改造后的运行效果进行了分析和总结。通过脱硝改造、低低温电除尘器改造、增设管式GGH和湿式电除尘器以及高效脱硫塔改造,使主要大气污染物排放浓度达到燃气轮机组的排放标准。从改造后的运行情况来看,烟尘浓度、氮氧化物浓度、二氧化硫浓度均达到了超低排放的设计要求。
This paper introduces an ultra-low emission Reformation of No.1 unit in a power plant; besides, it analyzes and summarizes operation effect after the reformation. Through denitration, low-temperature electric precipitator retrofit, MGGH and wet-type electric precipitator installation, desulfurization tower reformation,the concentration of the main atmospheric pollutants can meet emission standards of gas turbine. After the reformation, the dust concentration, nitrogen oxide concentration and sulfur dioxide concentration all reach the design requirement of ultra-low emission.
