摘要(Abstract):
针对2台125 MW机组存在的锅炉送风机出力不足问题,通过大量现场试验、性能测试以及理论计算,分析出了造成送风机出力不足的原因,并制定了可行的技术改造方案。通过技术改造,提升锅炉送风机出力,不但解决了夏季锅炉送风风量不够的问题,而且有效降低了厂用电率,同时,为以后2台125 MW锅炉送风机进一步变频节能改造创造有利条件。
To deal with the problem of insufficient output of the boiler forced draft(FD) fan in two 125 MW units,the cause analysis is carried out on the basis of extensive field testing,performance testing and theoretical calculation,and a feasible technological transformation scheme is developed.Through the transformation,the output of the boiler FD fan is enhanced.It not only solves the problem of insufficient output of the FD fan in summer,but reduces the auxiliary power consumption rate.Meanwhile,it creates favorable conditions for further energy-saving transformation with frequency conversion of the FD fan of the two 125 MW boiler units.
