智能变电站继电保护SV及GOOSE输入自动测试方法

摘要(Abstract):

智能变电站继电保护测试目前采用手动配置测试项目、人工检查测试结果的方式,测试效率低下且容易出现人为错误。对此,提出了一种智能变电站继电保护GOOSE及SV输入自动测试方法,该方法以SV及GOOSE输入虚端子为参照物,自动建立被测保护装置所订阅的SV及GOOSE报文数据与MMS报文数据的对应关系,解析SCD文件自动获取所订阅的SV,GOOSE报文信息并模拟发送SV,GOOSE报文,读取被测装置的MMS报文以获取被测装置对SV,GOOSE报文的处理结果 ,自动判断测试结果并形成试验报告。该方法能够实现SV及GOOSE输入的全自动测试,有效提高智能变电站继电保护测试工作的效率及质量。
Manual configuration of test items and artificial inspection of test result are adopted in smart substation relay protection testing. The testing method is inefficient and prone to human errors. An automatic testing method for SV/GOOSE inputs of smart substation relay protection is proposed, which takes SV/GOOSE virtual input terminal as object of reference to automatically establish corresponding relationship between SV/GOOSE message data subscribed by relay protection device and MMS message data, and parses SCD file and automatically obtains subscribed SV/GOOSE message information, simulates and sends SV/GOOSE message,reads MMS message of tested device to obtain processing result for SV/GOOSE message in the tested device to automatically determine testing results and generate testing reports. The method can realize full automatic test for SV/GOOSE input and effectively improve the efficiency and quality of smart substation relay protection testing.
