新型三电平零电流开关直流变换器
A Novel Three-Level Zero-Current-Switching DC/DC Converter

摘要(Abstract):

提出了一种新型三电平零电流开关直流变换器,该直流变换器中传统三电平电路的所有开关器件只需承受一半的输入电压。变换器工作于电流断续模式,并且在任意负载下都能实现传统三电平电路中四个开关管和整流二极管零电流关断,有效降低了开关损耗。另外,辅助结构中的两个开关管则是零电压、零电流开通,进一步降低了开通损耗。搭建了一台300V/1500V/1.5kW/5kHz的实验室原理样机,通过满载和半载两组实验验证了变换器工作原理的可行性和软开关的性能。
A novel three-level(TL) zero-current switching(ZCS) DC/DC converter is proposed, in which all the elements of three-level circuit are required to undergo half of the input voltage. The converter operates in discontinuous conduction mode and can achieve zero-current-switching of four main switches and rectifier diodes over the whole load range. Hence, the switching loss can be significantly reduced. Meanwhile, two auxiliary switches are turned on with zero voltage and zero current, by which the switching loss is further reduced. A laboratory prototype of 300 V/1 500 V/1.5 kW/5 kHz is built to verify the performance of soft switching and feasibility of working principle of the converter through full-load and half-load experiments.
