变电站二次设备全寿命周期费用与可靠性关系模型Model of Relationship Between Life Cycle Cost and Reliability for Secondary Equipments in Substation

摘要(Abstract):
以全寿命周期费用理论为基础,结合变电站二次设备寿命周期的运行规律,建立了二次设备的全寿命周期费用(LCC)模型。在深入分析设备寿命周期费用与可靠性关系的基础上,给出了一种包含可靠性影响因子的LCC模型,通过回归分析法确定模型中的待定系数。通过引入平均年费用,对如何优化二次设备的全寿命周期费用作了深入分析,结果表明:当故障率一定时,通过选择尽可能长的服役时间让费用最少;当服役时间一定时,利用本文所提供的方法确定平均无故障工作时间可让费用达到最少。
Based on the life cycle cost theory,a life cycle cost(LCC) model of secondary equipments is built combined with the operation laws of secondary equipments in substation during the life cycle.A life cycle cost model including reliability factor is proposed through the analysis of the relationship between equipment life cycle cost and reliability.The undetermined coefficient of the model can be determined by means of linear regression.How to optimize the life cycle cost of secondary equipments is analyzed by introducing average annual cost.Analysis results show that the cost can be minimized by selecting as much service time as possible when the fault rate is constant and by determining the Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF) by the method involved in the paper when the service time is constant.
