配电管理系统(DMS)的概念、特点和功能要求

摘要(Abstract)：
首先根据国内外配电管理系统（DMS）的发展现状，提出了DMS系统的概念，分析了其特点；然后提出了DMS系统应具备的功能，并详细分析了每个功能的具体要求。
According to the domestic and international developing situation of DMS． this paper presents the conception of DMS,analyzes it's characterization and the concrete demand of every function in detail.
