协同创新驱动下电力物联网双创园区利益共享模式

摘要(Abstract):

电力物联网双创园区是以电网企业引导、政企校多方联动、实现协同创新的新兴商业模式。由于尚处起步阶段,双创园区亟需资源分配机制、支持激励模式和利益共享模式等方面的理论指导。为此,应用合作博弈理论与HJB方程,研究协同创新成员在不同成果转化方式下的利益共享模型。研究结果表明:利益共享模式由成果转化方式决定,恰当的成果转化方式能使总体与个体利益最大化;个体利益受多方因素影响,除努力程度外,技术创新、边际收益率与协商议价能力也是重要影响因素。最后,通过算例分析验证上述结论,并给出相关政策建议。
The power IoT(Internet of Things) innovation and entrepreneurship park is an emerging business model of collaborative innovation led by power grid enterprises with government-enterprise-university linkage.In its infancy, the innovation and entrepreneurship park calls for theoretical guidance on resource distribution mechanism, incentive support mode and benefit-sharing mode. Taking the park as an example, this paper applies cooperative game theory and HJB equation to study the benefit-sharing model of collaborative innovation members under different achievement transformation modes. The results show that the benefit-sharing model is determined by way of achievement transformation, which, if appropriate, can maximize the overall and individual benefits; individual interests are affected by multiple factors, among which there are marginal rate of return and bargaining power apart from effort extent and technological innovation. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is proved by example analysis, and relevant policy suggestions are given.
