火电厂现场总线控制系统问题分析及优化

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了宁海电厂二期百万机组脱硫系统现场总线的结构和特点,详细分析现场总线应用过程中存在的问题,就现场总线的干扰、通信中断、信号反射及底层冗余等问题提出了解决方案,对使用现场总线的发电企业有借鉴作用。
This paper expounds structure and characters of field bus of desulphurization system of 1 000 MW units of Phase-II project of Ninghai Power Plant and analyzes problems in field application of bus; furthermore, it analyzes and handles field bus interference, communication interrupt, signal reflection and redundancy at the bottom layer, providing reference for power generation enterprises using field bus.
