基于参数自适应动态差分进化算法的变压器局放源定位

摘要(Abstract):

针对变压器局部放电超声定位中混合优化算法存在的寻优参数较多及寻优过程较为复杂等不足,提出了一种基于PADDE(参数自适应动态差分进化)算法的变压器局放源定位方法。在种群的变异及交叉过程中,结合适应度函数自适应地对传统DE(差分进化)算法参数进行选择,并动态地对当前种群进行更新,从而有效提高了寻优性能,并加快了收敛速率。通过Benchmark标准测试函数和实际变压器局部放电超声定位对该方法的有效性和可行性进行验证,结果表明:相比于传统的DE算法,PADDE算法寻优能力更强,得到的定位结果更加精确,定位误差始终保持较小的数值。
Aiming at the shortages of multiple optimization parameters and the complicated optimization process in the hybrid optimization algorithm for ultrasonic localization of transformer partial discharge, this paper presents a transformer PD source localization method based on parameter adaptive dynamic differential evolu tion(PADDE) algorithm. During the mutation and intersection process of the population, the fitness function is used to select the parameters of traditional differential evolution(DE) algorithm adaptively, and the current population is dynamically updated to effectively improve the optimization performance and convergence rate.The validity and feasibility of the method are verified by Benchmark standard test function and actual transformer partial discharge ultrasonic localization. The results show that PADDE has a better searching ability and more accurate localization results than traditional DE algorithm, and the localization errors are always kept small.
