摘要(Abstract):
对2009年华东电网的主要低频振荡模式进行分析,研究了主力机组电力系统稳定器(PSS)的投退、浙江电网不同运行方式对华东电网低频振荡模式的影响,着重研究了浙江电网二种主要地区振荡模式,指出相关电厂应充分重视机组励磁系统及PSS实测建模、PSS整定和投入工作,确保电网的稳定运行。
In this paper,the main low frequency oscillation modes of East China Power Grid in 2009 are researched. The impacts of main power plants in Zhejiang province on oscillation modes are emphasized. Impacts of different operation modes of Zhejiang power gird on the above main low frequency oscillation modes of East China Power Grid are also analyzed and conclusions are drawn. Research in this paper shows that related power plants in Zhejiang province should pay attention to excitation system and PSS modeling,setting,and operating.
