摘要(Abstract):
某600 MW机组高压给水管道在负荷变化过程中存在明显振动。通过现场观察和测量,结合模态分析得出,高压给水管道振动不是由于低频结构共振引起,而是变负荷过程中的流体激振力引起的振动。提出了相应的振动治理方案,新增相应的限位拉杆和阻尼器,有效地减小了高压给水管道的振动。实践表明,该治理方案可行,振动治理效果明显。
High-pressure feedwater pipes of 600 MW units were found vibrating during load change. By field inspection measurement and in combination with modal analysis, it is concluded that the vibration of highpressure feedwater pipes was not caused by low-frequency resonance but by fluid excitation force during load change. The paper brings forward a treatment plan of adding new limit lever and damper, which effectively reduces the vibration of high-pressure feedwater pipes. It is proved by practice that the plan is feasible and the vibration treatment is significantly effective.
