辅助服务中基于收益量化的混合储能功率控制策略研究
Research on a Power Control Strategy for Hybrid Energy Storage Based on Revenue Quantification in Auxiliary Services

摘要(Abstract):

随着我国综合能源系统的技术发展,混合储能系统在电力辅助服务市场中的应用已具有重要价值。现阶段,在分析混合储能系统提供服务带来的寿命损失时,未能综合考虑其对功率响应性能的影响。针对上述问题,提出了一种混合储能系统应用框架,包括功率响应模块、功率分配模块与服务收益打分模块,用于衡量系统控制方式的收益能力。在此基础上,以服务收益最大化为目标,提出了一种能量型储能荷电状态控制策略,在保证储能荷电状态处于合理范围的基础上,获得更高的功率服务打分,提升系统的经济性。最后,根据美国PJM辅助服务市场数据建立仿真模型,仿真结果显示,系统在所选的8个运行时段平均收益为4 384美元/天,相比于未施加荷电状态控制策略的混合储能系统与纯电池储能系统,收益分别提升了58.6%与64.8%,获得了更好的经济效益。
With the development of integrated energy system technology in China, the application of hybrid energy storage systems in the power auxiliary service market is of great value. At this stage the influence of the hybrid energy storage system on power response performance is not yet considered when the life loss caused by the service provided by the system is analyzed. In response to the aforementioned problems, this paper proposes an application framework of the hybrid energy storage system consisting of a power response module, a power distribution module, and a service revenue scoring module to measure the profitability of the system control method. Moreover, an energy-type energy storage state-of-charge control strategy is proposed to maximize service income. On the basis of ensuring that the energy storage state-ofauxiliary service; hybrid energy storage system; power control strategy; life loss; power response capacitycharge(SoC) is in a reasonable range, it can achieve higher power service scoring to improve the overall economy of the system. Finally, a simulation model was established based on the US PJM ancillary service market data. The results show that the average revenue of the system during the selected eight operating periods is 4 384 US dollars per day,which means revenue increases of 58.6% and 64.8% respectively compared with the hybrid energy storage system and pure battery storage system without applying the SoC control strategy proposed in this paper, and greater economic benefits are obtained.
