摘要(Abstract):
针对电站锅炉因一次风道结构复杂、布置紧凑,磨煤机入口一次风量难以准确测量的问题,设计了新型蜂巢式一次风测量装置,采用整流、分割截面测量原理,可以很好地适用于大型复杂截面的风量测量。该装置的风量测量偏差<5%,达到了精确测量的要求,并且对风门变化具有较好的跟随性。
New alveolate primary air flow meter is designed based on the principles of commutation and segmented section measurement in view of the difficulties to measure the primary air flow at coal pulverizer inlet because of the complex structure and the compact layout of primary air duct in power plants. And it is applicable to air flow measurement for large-scale complicated cross section well. The deviation of air flow measurement of this type of device is less than 5% and meets the requirement of precision and can also match the changes of air valves.
