动叶可调轴流式送风机节能改造技术的应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对火力发电机组普遍存在的基建设备选型时送风机裕度偏大、风机运行效率低的问题,通过对机组实际运行参数的测量,结合原有风机情况重新进行风机选型,对风机轮毂、叶片进行局部改造,从而改变风机性能曲线,最终达到提高风机运行效率、降低电机功率、提效节能的目的。
Excess margin and low efficiency of forced draft fans are common in building equipment selection of thermal power plants. By measurement of actual operation parameters of units and draft fans selection in accordance with the former ones, the hubs and blades are partially transformed to change performance curve of forced draft fans, for the purposes of operation efficiency improvement, motor power reduction and efficiency enhancement and energy saving.
