天然酯替代矿物油的配电变压器设计与仿真

摘要(Abstract):

采用有限元容积法进行自然油循环天然酯配电变压器的温度场特性分布仿真设计分析。计算表明,通过加宽油道,可以使R型天然酯和常规矿物绝缘油温度场分布与热点温升几乎一致,制造的天然酯配电变压器样机试验结果验证该方法满足工程设计要求,并对天然酯代替矿物绝缘油的配电变压器设计中的有关经验系数进行探讨。
In this paper, finite element volumetric method is used to analyze the simulation design of temperature field characteristics of distribution transformer with natural ester for natural oil cycle. The calculation shows that the temperature field distribution of R-type natural ester and conventional mineral insulating oil is almost the same as that of hot spot temperature rise by increasing the width of oil channel. The test results of the natural ester distribution transformer manufactured in this design form verify that the calculation method.It also discusses the related experienced coefficient used in the design of the distribution transformer in which the natural ester replaces the conventional mineral insulating oil.
