单塔双区脱硫技术在燃煤电厂中的应用Application of Single Tower and Double Zone Desulphurization Technology in Coal-fired Power Plants

摘要(Abstract):
目前绝大多数燃煤火电机组采用湿法脱硫工艺进行烟气脱硫,随着国家环保政策的日趋严格,各大燃煤电厂在湿法脱硫工艺的基础上,陆续进行了超低排放改造。通过对湿法脱硫提效改造的常见方案进行介绍,着重对单塔分区技术的先进性进行了论述,结合某公司实际情况,对单塔双区脱硫提效改造的实际使用情况进行总结,可为同类型系统提供借鉴。
At present, most coal-fired thermal power units adopt wet desulfurization technology for flue gas desulfurization. With national environmental policy becomes increasingly strict, large coal-fired power plant has carried out ultra-low emission reformation on the basis of wet desulfurization process. Through introducing common schemes for wet desulfurization, the paper elaborates on advance of single tower partition technology;based on actual situation of a company, it summarizes practical application situation of single tower and double zone desulphurization and efficiency improvement, which can provide reference for the same type of system.
