变电站二次系统数字化及三维接口设计应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

为提高变电站二次系统设计的工作效率,实现设计过程的智能化、系统化、标准化,通过研究智能变电站二次系统设计数字化设计体系,形成能够满足智能变电站设计、施工、调试、运行各阶段要求的二次系统数字化设计文件。针对传统变电站二次系统设计范围,利用二次系统设计软件进行原理图的绘制,实现端子排图、电缆清册的自动生成。在实现传统变电站数字化设计基础上,利用电力设计软件实现智能变电站光缆虚端子的链接和自动生成。最后,在变电站设计数字化的基础上,建立变电站一次设备与二次设备之间、电缆清册与电缆敷设之间、光缆/虚拟端子与设备之间的二维到三维的可视化接口,实现面向对象的图模一体化变电站设计。
In order to improve the working efficiency of secondary design of substation and realize the intellectualization, systematization and standardization of the design process, the digital design system of the secondary system of intelligent substation is studied to generate digital design file of secondary system that can meet the requirements of intelligent substation design, construction, commissioning and operation. Aiming at the secondary design range of the traditional substation, the schematic diagram is drawn by using the secondary design software to realize the automatic generation of terminal layout and cable inventory. Based on digital design of traditional substation, the power design software is used to realize the link and automatic generation of optical fiber cable and virtual terminal in intelligent substation. Finally, based on the digitization of substation design, visual interfaces between primary equipment and secondary equipment of substation, cable inventory and cable laying, optical cable and virtual terminal and equipment are established to realize objectoriented integrated substation design.
