计及变速充电机制的含光伏换电站经济优化调度模型
An Economic and Optimal Dispatch Model for Battery Swapping Stations Containing Photovoltaics Considering Variable-speed Charging Mechanism

摘要(Abstract):

换电站是电动汽车补充能源的重要方式之一。以含光伏的换电站为研究对象,站在运营商的角度,在考虑电池退化与充电速度关系的基础上,设计了考虑光伏和交通预测的变速充电机制,构建了考虑变速充电机制的换电站经济收益模型。该模型可根据交通流量和光照强度灵活调整电池的充电速度,优化各类电源的出力和充电功率的分布。通过算例对模型有效性进行验证,结果表明,相比于传统的恒功率充电模型,该模型能更加高效地利用光伏资源,减少换电站的购电成本,降低电池的平均充电速度,减少电池的损耗成本,实现了系统的经济效益最大化。
Power swamping is one of the important ways to replenish the energy of electric vehicles. Based on the relationship between battery degradation and charging speed,the paper takes battery swamping stations containing photovoltaics as the research object to design a variable-speed charging mechanism that takes account of the prediction of PV and traffic,and it establishes an economic revenue model of the swamping station considering the variable-speed charging mechanism. The model can flexibly adjust the charging speed of batteries according to the traffic flow and light intensity and optimize the power output and charging power distribution of various power sources. The validity of the model is verified by examples,and the results show that compared with the traditional constant power charging model,the proposed model can utilize PV resources more efficiently,reduce the power purchase cost of the swamping stations,lower the average charging speed of batteries and reduce the cost of battery loss,maximizing the economic benefits of the system.
