摘要(Abstract)：

通过对电压互感器TV二次侧电压异常事件的分析,介绍系统同时出现一、二次故障情况下对电压二次回路的分析方法,提出完善电压回路的检测方法,可作为传统电压相关试验检查的补充。
Through the analysis on the abnormal events of secondary side voltage for TV,this paper presents a method of analysis on the secondary circuit of voltage when primary and secondary faults occur simultaneously in the system,puts forward the test method of improving the voltage circuit.It can serve as a supplement to traditional voltage tests.
