宁波电网预防自然灾害的对策探讨Discussion on Preventive Measures Against Natural Disasters of Ningbo Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
结合宁波地区主要自然灾害的气象情况和电网受灾案例,重点介绍了热带气旋、雷暴和冰雪灾害对宁波电网的影响,分析了电网受灾的技术原因,提出了应对策略。认为防御自然灾害应实行差异化设计;采用最新科技成果装备电网;针对极端自然灾害,构建基本生命线系统的供电保障体系;进一步完善电网应急管理机制,建立电网应急管理信息平台。
Combined with major natural disasters and affected grid cases in Ningbo,this paper focuses on the influence of tropical cyclones,thunderstorms and snow disasters on Ningbo Power Grid,analyses the technical reasons for grid hazards and proposes countermeasures.Differentiation is required in design against natural disasters and the most advanced technologies needs to be applied to power grid.Moreover,it should establish the power supply support system for basic lifeline against extreme natural disasters.It needs to further improve the emergency management mechanism and build emergency management information platforms for power grid.
