气流激振与转子系统的流固耦合计算

摘要(Abstract):

随着旋转机械向着高性能和大容量方向发展,迷宫密封引起的气流激振问题日益严重,成为威胁机组安全稳定运行的重大威胁之一。提出一种基于商用CFD软件Fluent的数值计算方法,通过对迷宫密封流场进行模拟计算,得出在不同偏心和不同涡动频率下作用于轴颈面的气体力,进而利用转子动力学理论计算该气体力作用下转子模型的位移,最后使用Fluent软件的UDF动网格技术实现流场分析和转子动力学的耦合计算。
With the development of rotating machinery towards high capability and huge cubage,the airstream excitation caused by fluid in labyrinth seals occurs more and more frequently and becomes one of major threats to operation safety and stability of the units.A numerical computation method is put forward based on the commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software Fluent.The flow field in labyrinth is simulated,and the fluid exciting forces acting on the journal surface under different eccentric and eddy motion frequency are calculated.After that,the displacement of the rotor model under the fluid exciting forces is calculated by using rotor dynamics theories.Finally,field analysis and fluid-structure interaction computation of rotor dynamics are achieved by using UDF mesh-motion technology of Fluent.
