选相分合闸装置在交流特高压无功补偿设备上的应用Application of Phase Selection Device in UHV AC Reactive Power Equipment

摘要(Abstract):
交流特高压变电站无功补偿设备电压等级高、容量大、投切频繁,对投切开关要求较高,综合可靠性和安全性考虑,浙江某交流特高压变电站采用带选相分合闸装置的SF_6开关,能有效降低无功设备投切时的操作过电压和合闸涌流,减小对系统及无功设备的冲击,延长开关的机械寿命,同时能规避负荷开关的不足。针对选相分合闸装置在安装、调试、运维阶段出现的误接线、误发"事故总"信号、功能开关切换错误等问题进行了分析,并给出处理建议。
Characterized by high voltage level, large capacity and frequent switching, reactive power equipment in the UHV AC substation has stringent requirement on switches. In consideration of reliability and safety, SF_6 switch with phase selection device is used in the UHV AC station in Zhejiang to reduce switching overvoltage and reclosing surge current of the reactive power device during its operation and decrease the impact on system and reactive power device to prolong mechanical durability and avoid the disadvantages of load switch. The paper analyzes wrong wiring, "integrated accident" signaling and wrong operation of function switches during phase selection device installation, commissioning as well as operation and maintenance; besides, it presents some recommendations.
