摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了采用GPRS无线网络的10kV配电网监控系统建设和应用情况,该系统可实现配电线路高压开关(负荷)设备遥控操作、电气量相关数据及异常情况的自动报警等功能。系统安全性高、经济可靠,提高了工作效率及供电的可靠性,有益于配电网络的智能化建设。
The construction and application of the 10 kV distribution monitoring system based on the GPRS mobile communication was introduced.The remote operation of the high voltage switches of the 10 kV distribution and the automatic alarm of relative parameters or abnormal conditions were available.This system has high availability and security.It can reduce the labor intensity and enhance the service reliability,which is in favor of the intelligent distribution construction.
