表面润滑改性对热镀锌紧固件轴力扭矩关系的影响研究Research on Impact of Surface Lubrication Modification on Relationship between Axial Force and Torque of Hot Galvanized Fastener

摘要(Abstract):
紧固件表面摩擦系数直接影响紧固件轴力扭矩关系,而其表面摩擦系数可以通过润滑来改善。采用水蜡润滑对热镀锌紧固件轴力扭矩关系进行试验研究,探讨了不同浓度水蜡对紧固件轴力扭矩关系的影响,并与未经任何润滑处理紧固件的扭矩系数进行对比,可为输电铁塔紧固件预紧力的取值和提高防松可靠性提供参考。
Surface friction coefficient of fastener displays direct influence on its relationship between axial force and torque, and its coefficient could be improved by lubrication. Wax lubrication was used for experimental study of the relationship between axial force and torque of the hot galvanized fastener. The influence of different concentrations of wax on the relationship between axial force and torque of the galvanized fasteners was also discussed, and torque coefficient of the fastener without any lubrication is compared to provide guidelines to the pre-tightening valuing and anti-loose reliability of fasteners used in transmission tower.
