凝泵变频器运行故障分析及应对措施Operation Fault Analysis of Frequency Transformer of Condensate Pump and the Countermeasures

摘要(Abstract)：
针对凝泵变频器日常运行中发生的各类故障,如电动机绝缘损坏、变频器温度高报警、风机故障、晶闸管短路等,作了详细的原因分析并提出了应对措施,大大提高了变频器运行的可靠性,为企业创造了经济效益,对发电厂变频器改造及运行维护管理工作也提出了几点建议。
Aiming at various faults of frequency transformer of condensate pump in operation such as insulation damage of motor, high-temperature alarm of frequency transformer, blower fan faults and short-circuit of thyristors, the paper analyzes the causes in detail and brings forward countermeasures. Therefore, operation reliability of frequency transformer is greatly improved and economic benefit is created for enterprises. Finally, the paper also gives suggestions on frequency transformer retrofit and operational maintenance and management.
