基于TOPSIS法评价发电机组交易投机行为的研究Research on Power Exchange Speculation Evaluation of Generating Units Based on TOPSIS

摘要(Abstract):
电力交易中心是电力市场的运营机构,需要监测市场主体的交易投机行为。选取发电机组电力交易申报数据形成的4个指标(平均申报电价、价格突变率、容量持留率、合约现货比)作为评价发电机组是否投机的变量,首先对4个评价指标建立权重矩阵,进行归一化处理后,得到4个评价指标的权重向量。其次结合电力市场典型机组的申报数据,运用TOPSIS法建立机组交易申报投机行为评价矩阵。在对不同量纲的数据进行正向化和标准化处理后,结合4个评价指标的权重赋值对每个机组的申报行为计算得分,分数落在[0, 0.5)区间内的机组为投机性机组,分数落在[0.5, 1]区间内的机组为非投机性机组。
As an operating agency of electricity market, power exchange center needs to monitor the exchange speculation of market entities. This paper selects the four indicators formed by the power exchange declaration data of generators as variables(declared average electricity price, price mutation rate, capacity retention rate, and contract-spot ratio) to evaluate whether the generators are speculative. Firstly, a weighted matrix for the four indicators is established to conclude their weight vectors through normalization; secondly, in combination with the declared data of typical units in the electricity market, the TOPSIS analysis model is used to establish the units exchange declaration speculative behavior evaluation matrix. After the data of different dimensions are normalized and standardized, the weight assignment of the four evaluation indicators is used to calculate the score for declaring the behavior of each unit. The units whose scores fall in the interval of [0,0.5) are speculative while those whose scores fall in the interval of [0.5, 1) are non-speculative
