摘要(Abstract)：

通过调研美国成熟电力市场,分析总结了纽约电力市场、新英格兰电力市场以及中西部电力市场等区域电力市场中市场力缓解措施,重点研究了其中缓解基准价格的制定方法,以供国内电力现货市场相关建设单位借鉴参考。
Through investigation of the mature electricity markets in the U.S., the paper analyzes and summarizes the market power mitigation measures of regional electricity markets in New York,New England and Midcontinent area,and focuses on the study of reference price setting method, to provide reference for electricity spot market construction authorities in China.
