生活垃圾流化床锅炉给料系统的优化

摘要(Abstract):

循环流化床锅炉作为垃圾焚烧两大主流工艺之一,具有垃圾燃尽率高、灰渣含碳量低、适应性强、设备成本低等优势,同时也存在着给料不均、密封性差等缺陷。为此,开发了一种改善传统垃圾进料口缺陷的四级给料自动控制装置,以满足垃圾处理的密封性和均匀进料的要求。该设备可实现均匀给料和垃圾的进一步破碎,并最终达到提高锅炉运行稳定性、降低CO排放浓度、减轻人工操作压力的目的。
As one of the two main technologies of waste incineration, CFB(circulating fluidized bed) boiler has the advantages of high waste burnout rate, low ash carbon content, strong adaptability and low equipment cost and so on. At the same time, there are also uneven feeding, poor sealing and other shortcomings. This paper proposes a four-level automatic control device for improving the traditional feeding to meet the requirements of sealability and uniform feeding in garbage disposal. The equipment can realize uniform feeding and further crushing of garbage, and finally achieve the purposes of improving the stability of the boiler operation, reducing CO emissions and stress of manual operation.
