定子绕组端部绝缘施加直流电压试验在空冷发电机中的应用Application of DC Voltage Test on Stator Winding Terminal Insulation in Air-Cooled Generators

摘要(Abstract):
电位外移试验是传统高压试验的有效补充,该试验对空冷发电机组同样适用。通过详细介绍某发电厂空冷发电机非停事故后,在大修过程中应用电位外移试验的原因及其过程,论证了电位外移试验对空冷机组的适用性,并针对空冷发电机定子线棒端部绝缘质量把关提出了若干建议。
As an effective complement to traditional high voltage test, external electric potential measurement test can also be applied to air-cooled generators. By elaboration on the reason and process of external electric potential measurement test in overhauling after unscheduled shutdown of air-cooled generator in a power plant, the paper demonstrates that the test is applicable to air-cooled generators; besides, it brings forward some suggestions on insulation quality control of stator coil bar end of air-cooled generators.
