摘要(Abstract):

为了确保高压输电线路的安全稳定运行,进一步深化数字化电网建设,建立了智能高压输电网管理平台,开展了基于三维地理信息技术的智能高压输电网管理系统建设与应用研究,该系统主要包括:高压输电网电力资产综合管理系统、带电作业模拟系统、危险预测检测系统等,各系统相互关联、紧密联系,分别对应日常电力生产中的各个重要环节,并提供设计与决策管理信息支持,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to ensure safe and stable operation of high voltage transmission lines and further construction of digital power networks, smart high voltage transmission networks management platform is established and construction and application research on smart high voltage transmission networks management system is conducted. The system mainly comprises integrated management system of electric power asset for high voltage transmission system, live work simulation system, risk prediction and test system, etc. The systems are interconnected and closely related, and respectively corresponds with important parts in power production and provide design and decision information management support, achieving very high economical benefits and social benefits.
