摘要(Abstract):
为提高发电厂仪用压缩空气系统分列运行的使用效率,提出2个压缩空气系统联络运行的方式,即变分列运行为联络运行,原4台空压机同时运行变为3台运行1台备用。试运行结果表明,联络运行方式安全、经济,可节能约50 kWh/h,备用空压机的加载时效性足以有效保证系统的安全,同时也降低了空压机的定期保养费用。
In order to improve the use efficiency of splitting operation of compressed air system for instruments in power plant,the paper puts forward two kinds of compressed air system contact operation modes,namely the separate operation and combined operation.The four simultaneous operating air compressors become three operating ones and a standby one.The test operation shows that the combined operation is safe and economical,saving energy 50 kWh/h.The standby air compressor can effectively guarantee the safety of the system in terms of efficiency and performance while reduce the regular maintenance cost of air compressor.
