摘要(Abstract):
为了解燃气轮机产生燃烧振动的原因及其给机组带来的危害,分析了燃气轮机燃烧室压力振动产生的机理、振动的类型以及危害和产生振动的几个重要因素。以一起三菱M701F4型燃气轮机跳机为例,指出燃烧室压力波动大引起的跳机原因是程序设置错误所致,并提出了防范措施。
In order to learn reason of combustion vibration of gas turbine and its harm to units, the paper expounds mechanism of pressure vibration in combustion chamber of gas turbine, vibration types, hazards as well as several vibration generating factors. By taking a trip accident of M701F4 gas turbine manufactured by Mitsubishi, the paper analyzes that generator tripping due to large fluctuation of combustion chamber pressure is caused by program missetting; besides, it presents preventive measures.
